Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days, then take 4–7 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of being placed.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to accept addresses outside the US.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition within 60 days of delivery. Returns are free: we email you a prepaid return label. Opened soil, compost, seed and lawn treatments cannot be returned.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before your order is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible and we will update or cancel it with a full refund.
