You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our website is intended for customers in the United States.

Premium Backyard is an online store. We do not operate a retail store, and our address is not open to visitors or for product pickup.

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions and images may come from manufacturers, and colors may look slightly different on different screens. Products are sold for their intended garden and home use. Please read the product information and any manufacturer instructions and safety guidance before use, in particular for lawn, soil and garden-care products.

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors, and to cancel or refuse any order affected by an error. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a stock or pricing error, suspected fraud or an address we cannot deliver to. If we do, we refund any payment you made.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, as described in our Payment Policy. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship within the United States. Shipping is free. Orders ship in 1–3 business days and are estimated to arrive in 5–10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

You may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery, free of charge, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Certain opened items cannot be returned, as described in that policy.

Garden tools, pruning equipment and garden-care products can be dangerous if misused. Use them as directed by the manufacturer, and keep them away from children and pets. Kids' gardening products should be used under adult supervision.

The content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Premium Backyard or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using automated tools to scrape it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Backyard is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when the order was placed.
