Payment Policy

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Premium Backyard never sees or stores your full card details.

At checkout you can pay with:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards
• Apple Pay

The methods shown at checkout are the only ones we accept.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card was issued outside the US or is not in USD, your bank may add currency conversion fees. Those fees are set by your bank, not by us.

Your payment is charged when you place your order. Shipping is free. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.

To help prevent fraud, we may hold an order for verification. If we need more information, we will contact you by email. If an order cannot be verified, we cancel it and refund you in full.

If your payment is declined, please check your card details and available balance, then contact your bank or try another payment method. If the problem continues, email support@premiumbackyard.shop.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually post a refund within 5–10 business days. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how returns and refunds work.

If you see a charge you do not recognize or have a problem with an order, please contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly, and we will work with you directly.
